01 Payments & Scoping

  • A 25% upfront payment is required to initiate any project.
  • The pricing and services outlined in any quotation or invoice are applicable only to the defined project scope.
  • The pricing and offers mentioned are exclusive and non-recurring for the specific engagement.

02 Maintenance Period

  • A one-month (30 days) free maintenance period is provided after project completion for minor adjustments and bug fixes.
  • Free maintenance does not cover major layout changes, structural modifications, or the addition of new pages.

03 Liability & Third-Parties

  • The developer is not liable for issues arising from third-party plugins, third-party services, or hosting providers.
  • Any modifications introduced by the client or a third party after handover will void the standard maintenance coverage and liability for affected systems.
